By any means, the chimney must be installed per manufacturers’ specifications and installed per manufacturers’ instructions provided by the chimney manufacturer with your parts. You are being provided with parts that are U.L. Listed for USA and ULC Listed for Canada. You are responsible for any local codes in your area. In no way will Tiny Stoves or its affiliates be held liable or responsible for improper chimney installation or any results that may occur from an improper chimney installation.
